3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice. Payment must be made at the time of ordering. We accept major credit/debit cards and any other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when your order is dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including (but not limited to) cases of suspected: bulk purchasing, reselling, fraudulent activity, incorrect pricing or stock information. You will be refunded in full if an order is cancelled.

5. No Resale Policy

Our products, including Oblique Strategy Cards, are sold strictly on a not-for-resale basis. By purchasing from Enoshop.co.uk, you agree that: Products are for personal use only, You may not resell, list for sale, or commercially distribute any products purchased from us, You may not use automated tools or bulk purchasing methods to acquire products for resale. We reserve the right to cancel any current or future orders suspected of being intended for resale.

6. Shipping

Shipping costs, methods, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events outside our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Exceptions may apply for: opened card decks, used or damaged items, personalised products. Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the item in accordance with UK consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for: losses not caused by our breach, business losses (including lost revenue or profits), losses resulting from events outside our control. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
