How much is the shipping/handling?
Shipping cost is calculated on weight to your country location. You will be able to see the total shipping cost when you prepare your order and before you proceed with payment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship worldwide using Royal Mail Tracked International. Please note any customs VAT charges are covered in the price of the product.
How do you ship my order?
Carefully packaged using Royal Mail or an equivalent postal service.
Can I send an order as a present?
Yes once you’ve added items to your cart and select the “checkout” button you are asked to give us a shipping address (the address for the recipient). The second address is when you click through to enter your payment details (Worldpay page or paypal page) this is your billing address, where your credit card is registered to and you receive your billing statement.
How long does it take to get my order?
It all depends how far the package has to travel. We normally say 2-3 days within the UK, 1 week within Europe and up to 2 weeks for rest of the world.
Please be aware that these are expected delivery times only. We can’t be responsible for the actions of the postal and delivery services of the world, customs offices, foreign governments.
How soon do you ship it out after you get my order?
We ship the same day. In special circumstances such as holiday times and bank holidays it might take us an extra day.
Are you giving out my personal information?
No never! You will only hear from us if you have signed up for our low volume newsletter + We hate spam as much as you do.
Who charges my credit card?
All payments go through Worldpay’s secure checkout or Paypal. Only Worldpay or Paypal will see your payment details. The only details we receive at enoshop is your order + name & shipping address.
Who is Hemwalk Ltd./Shakedown Records?
The company handling all the internet sales through the official www.enoshop.co.uk is called Hemwalk Ltd./Shakedown Records. When you receive your credit card statement Hemwalk Ltd. Will be displayed as the seller on your statement.

Digital download FAQ's
How do I download the track that I just purchased?
After you finish the checkout process, you will receive an email with download links for each track you purchased. Click on each link and the track will download to your pc or mac.
You will be prompted with a dialogue box to either "save" or "open" the file. You'll want to select "save" and take note of the target location that your browser will save the file to.
How do I locate my new download?
Once the transfer is complete, you'll need to find the files that you've just downloaded. In Windows, most browsers will save files to the "downloads" folder which you can find inside "my documents." For Mac, the default destination is the desktop. If the files aren't in those default locations, you can find the target location from that dialogue box that was discussed in the first step.
Enjoy your new download!
Once everything is saved to your PC or MAC you can use your MP3s in any way you like. Burned to disc, stored in your media library, or synced with your mobile MP3 player for you to take with you on the go. The download links you received in your order confirmation email is available to download for 30 days from your order purchase date.
All the mp3s available on www.enoshop.co.uk are encoded to the highest quality level (320kbps).
