Eno & Shields interlink for this stunning and unexpected doubleheader collaboration 'The Weight Of History • Only Once Away My Son' for Opal.

Both tracks are a perfectly split fusion of Brian Eno's landmark ambient and Kevin Shields ear-splitting wall of noise. Each sound seemingly compliments the next one as the music evolves, making it near impossible to pick out who did what. While this isn't the first time Eno has collaborated with a shoegaze artist, it's arguably the most successful.
