Returns Policy
We offer a no-quibble full refund to the buyer, upon return to us within 14 days of purchase date, of any item purchased from us through www.enoshop.co.uk only, no refund of postal costs incurred by the buyer will be made nor will partial refunds be entertained. Refunds are dispatched at the end of the month during which the item has been returned if not sooner.

How do you ship my order?
All physical orders are shipped using Royal Mail. We are not responsible for loss or damage to packages that are not sent insured so we highly recommend shipping using an insured method.
When will you ship my order and when can I expect to receive it?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receiving payment. If you place your order over the weekend it will ship on the following Monday. Delivery times can vary. UK customers can expect to receive their order within 1-3 business days. International delivery times depend on your location however most packages should be received within 5-10 business days.
Will you provide a tracking number with my package?
We can only provide tracking numbers for packages sent by Signed For Insured. If a tracking number is essential for you, you must choose this method. Packages sent regular royal mail or airmail are not trackable.
